The Ministry of Commerce has announced Cambodia’s participation in the upcoming 23rd China–ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), to be held this September in Nanning, China.
Cambodia has attended all 22 previous incarnations of the event.
“To continue promoting business and investment activities between Cambodia and China, aiming to realize the target set by both governments, the commerce ministry, as a co-organiser, cordially invites Cambodian businessmen, entrepreneurs, investors, producers and the public to the event,” said a February 8 ministry press release.
According to the announcement, participants who wish to take this opportunity to forge business partnerships with their ASEAN and Chinese counterparts should register with the ministry by the end of June.
The China-ASEAN Expo was described as “a significant platform for business exchange and investment cooperation between ASEAN member states and China”.
The ministry noted that the event will run from September 17-21.
