Cambodia and the UK have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on “Exchange and Cooperation in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)”. Japan has provided new server equipment to Cambodia’s National Election Committee (NEC), through the use of a robust and secure system for managing voter data. A February 19 handover ceremony for the equipment, held at the NEC headquarters, was overseen by NEC president Prach Chan and Japanese ambassador Ueno Atsushi.
