The Ministry of Interior has launched an investigation into allegations against Brigadier General Keo Saravuth, deputy director-general of the General Department of Internal Audit, concerning bribery claims. The allegations, which surfaced on social media, accused Saravuth of soliciting one million riel from each of ten communes in the Kampong Speu province’s Samaki Monichey district. “Minister of Interior Sar Sokha responded promptly.
