In response to the ongoing humanitarian challenges at Cambodia’s border regions, HEINEKEN Cambodia has launched a major relief initiative, delivering 100 homes, including 50 newly constructed mobile homes and 50 repaired homes, to over 500 displaced civilians. This marks the beginning of a broader campaign that includes extensive fundraising efforts aimed at providing long-term support and stability to affected communities.

The mobile homes, designed for durability and rapid deployment, offer immediate shelter and safety to families impacted by recent border tensions. HEINEKEN Cambodia’s initiative reflects its deep-rooted commitment to the country and its people, aligning with the company’s global “Brew a Better World” sustainability strategy.

“For over 30 years, HEINEKEN Cambodia has proudly stood alongside the Cambodian people, not just as a brewer, but as a committed partner in progress,” said Andy Hewson, Managing Director of HEINEKEN Cambodia. “Our Brew a Better World commitments guide everything we do — from environmental stewardship to social responsibility. This relief effort is a natural extension of our values, and we are mobilising our resources and partners to ensure these families receive the support they need to rebuild their lives.”

HEINEKEN Cambodia is also launching a company-wide fundraising campaign in collaboration with our distributors and retail partners. The campaign will include donation drives, charity events and employee-led volunteer programmes, with all proceeds directed toward housing, and essential necessities for border communities.

This initiative underscores HEINEKEN Cambodia’s belief that business success must go hand-in-hand with social impact.
