Cambodian food and beverage products have been given the opportunity to enter international markets through the “SIAL Paris 2026 International Food Trade Exhibition”, which will be held in Paris, France, this coming October.
According to the Ministry of Commerce, the event is the world’s largest food and beverage trade fair and serves as a major platform for showcasing innovations, fostering networking opportunities and exploring emerging trends in the food and beverage industry.
This year’s event will take place at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, from October 17-21.
“The commerce ministry cordially invites Cambodian traders, producers, investors and others who are interested in showcasing their products and services at SIAL PARIS 2026 to submit a Call for Interest application to the Department of Exhibition Affairs, Directorate General of Trade Promotion, by February 21,” explained a February 17 ministry statement.
Despite the short deadline, the event promises to provide major opportunities.
According to the ministry, SIAL Paris features eight specialised trade shows, each dedicated to key sectors of the industry. They include processed and ready-to-eat foods, condiments and seasonings, confectionery and bakery, beverages and dairy, as well as organic and agricultural products.
