Westview Cambodian International School, an international school founded by its Cambodian owner, H.E. Virak Ly in 2019, offers educational services from elementary to secondary programmes with a unique blended curriculum of American Common Core Standards and a Khmer programme. It has been awarded dual accreditation by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC).
CIS is a leading accrediting institution located in Europe while WASC is a leading US accrediting body that evaluates schools in the US and around the world. Westview began this accreditation journey in 2020. Both CIS and WASC are rigorous and world-renowned international accreditation bodies. Now Westview has become one of the only three international schools in Cambodia awarded this dual accreditation.

These accredited strengths reflect the vigorous commitment of Westview toward its own mission of educating global thinkers and instilling Cambodian values right from the start.
It is also worth mentioning that this significant achievement and Westview’s mission to upgrade education quality in Cambodia aligns with the Pentagonal Strategy-Phase I of the Royal Government’s vision, under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Manet.
