In a heartfelt show of strong solidarity and compassion, employees of Wing Bank have come together to donate $200,000 from their salaries to assist the families in urgent need who have been displaced by ongoing attacks by the Thai military against Cambodia.

Approximately 5,000 employees contributed 5% of their December 2025 salaries to support the “Foundation for Refugees Assistance”, an initiative led by Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wing Bank and Chairman & CEO of Royal Group of Companies; and Lok Chumteav Neak Oknha Mao Chamnan, Vice-Chairwoman of the Royal Group of Companies and President of the Khmer Artists Association.

“During challenging times, unity is essential,” said Sheanghai Lao, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Royal Group of Companies & Chief People Officer at Wing Bank. “I am deeply grateful to everyone for their generosity in supporting those in need. Together, we will continue doing our best to stand by our nation.”

This effort aims to deliver urgent relief to hundreds of thousands of Cambodian families in provinces most affected, including Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Koh Kong and Siem Reap.

This marks the third round of donations from Wing Bank employees since the border dispute began in mid-2025. The first contributions were made in June, and the second in August, demonstrating their continued commitment to standing with those in need.
