The China Firm for Global Business (CFGB) intends to cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to support strengthening the capacity of a laboratory to do research to boost exports of agricultural products to markets in China.
Agriculture minister Dith Tina met with CFGB chairman Liu Shujuan to discuss the work on December 8 at the agriculture ministry.
Tina said that the CFGB is the major company from China and that the company invests in the agricultural sector and food. The company has exported and imported agriculture products from many countries such as the United States, Asia, Europe and Australia.
“We met for talks to seek cooperation to help support the strengthening of capacity and help boost exports of agricultural products from Cambodia to markets in China,” he said.
He requested that the company study the market demands of China associated with Cambodia’s agricultural products and prepare clear plans.
