Deminers from the Cambodian Mine Action Centre (CMAC) discovered 25 M46-type cluster munitions, delivered via 155mm artillery shells, which were widely used during the Thai-Cambodian armed conflict from July 24 to 28. Siem Reap joint forces have detained 19 suspects, following a raid on a rented villa in Sala Kamreuk village and commune, Siem Reap town, on suspicion of online scamming. A 43-year-old Cambodian man has been detained after allegedly committing multiple rapes of children and producing and distributing child pornography. A joint task force, including the Child Protection Unit (CPU), began investigating the case after discovering pornographic images of Cambodian children being produced and posted online.
