Danone Cambodia has made history as the first FMCG company in Cambodia to win four Prestigious HR Asia Awards 2025, presented in Singapore. The honours include HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia, HR Asia Most Caring Company award, HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award and the HR Asia Sustainable Workplace Award 2025. This achievement marks a significant leap from last year’s two awards, reinforcing Danone Cambodia’s leadership in Well-being, Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.
The HR Asia Awards, among the region’s most respected accolades, recognise organisations that excel in employee engagement, workplace culture and corporate responsibility. The recognition is based on independent analysis of employee feedback, powered by decades of research.
