DreamVille has been unveiled as Siem Reap’s newest master-planned community, designed around expansive green spaces, vibrant communal living, and world-class educational facilities.
With DreamVille introducing a nature-centric residential township anchored by parks, community hubs, and a full educational ecosystem, Siem Reap’s property market is forecast to gain stronger momentum and see continued value appreciation.
DreamVille, a large residential development project, covers more than 35 hectares along National Road 6 in Trapeang Thum commune, in Prasat Bakong district. Directly opposite the access road to Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport, the project is a corporate investment between N.H.O and Atomy Global Group, a major South Korean multinational conglomerate.
Park Seunghoon Andrew, Managing Director of DreamVille, shared with The Post that the project is envisioned as a next-generation residential community featuring integrated green landscapes, family-friendly amenities, villas, shophouses, a modern school campus, and comprehensive sports and wellness facilities. Groundwork officially commenced on August 12, witnessed by numerous local and international partners.
He explained that the company’s main concept is to provide customers with comfortable living spaces, diverse services, and lush, green surroundings, with about 55 per cent of the land reserved for shared use by residents.
“DreamVille will not only offer comfortable living and a beautiful natural environment for homeowners, but it will also help boost the potential of the real estate and tourism sectors in Siem Reap province,” he said. According to him, all customers who purchase homes in DreamVille will receive hard titles immediately.
Han-Gill Park, founder and chairman of Atomy Global Group, explained that it is his dream and a vision to establish 100 schools around the world during his life. Therefore he is starting schools in Korea, India, and Philippines and DreamVille was also founded with this goal in mind.
Beyond premium living, DreamVille will develop Dreamy School — an international-standard educational institution widely recognized in Korea and the US for its holistic learning model, which nurtures children’s natural talents and personal growth.
He added that the reason for company to choose Siem Reap province is because local life in the region is deeply connected to Cambodia’s historical heritage. He emphasised that DreamVille’s core mission goes beyond commercial returns, prioritising a health-conscious, green environment and a community-oriented lifestyle that enriches families for generations.
