More than 1.6 million vehicles were inspected for legal weight limits in the first half of 2025, with over 400,000 found to be overloaded. A Ministry of Public Works and Transport report on enforcement activities during the first half of 2025 revealed that a total of 1,626,333 trucks were inspected.
