The Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training has shared plans for a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore’s Institute of Technical Education (ITE) to promote the development of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Cambodia. The number of civilians killed as a result of Thai aggression has risen to 17, with at least 77 people injured as of 6pm on December 16. The two latest civilian deaths occurred at a safe centre in Koh Kong province, according to the Ministry of Interior.
