The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and several private schools have announced free in-person and online learning opportunities for displaced students, after more than 900 schools were forced to close — affecting over 210,000 students as of yesterday morning. The Kampong Speu provincial administration has reported a decline in fisheries resources, attributing the decrease to a possible rise in the use of illegal fishing equipment.
